Nifty to Lifetime Highs? Elliott Wave Pattern Suggests Strong Breakout!

Elliott wave analysis -

Nifty is forming a double corrective pattern within wave f. Double corrective pattern is two standard correction connected by wave x in between.

As shown on hourly chart, there was anticipation that a move on downside is possible followed by upside reversal.

Nifty happened – Prices moved precisely and showed a dip with upside reversal. Also the morning tweet levels are working extremely well.

The pattern forming an Extracting Triangle which consists of 5 legs and it resembles to that of inverted Head & Shoulder pattern. We can see that forming in the post price action behavior after wave x.

Prices have managed to give a break above the last falling segment also in faster time thereby confirming an upside reversal as per two stage confirmation technique. However, for good risk reward trade setup it is important to get a dip with 25440 as crucial support and then move to 24800 or higher can be expected.

Alternate scenario suggests that the ongoing move can be a bigger triangle pattern and a few more days of range bound movement before strong breakout. This scenario will be valid if Nifty moves back below 25440 levels.

In a nutshell, breach above 25800 will provide strong confirmation of ongoing wave pattern for start of much bigger up move & 25440 remains the deciding level. Thus by combining Neo wave forecasting methods one can trade prudently right from scalping to swing trading.
